The Me in Me and You

This week we are up to the letter "M" and "M" is for "Me". I have been wanting to work on some more self portraits to join in Urban Muser's new project and this seemed like the week it was going to happen but alas, still can't seem to get into a routine.  It'll happen.  For now I am hanging out with Twila a lot and still trying to unpack and fix up our home.  Most of the editing I have done lately has been in my phone so although it doesn't meet the prompt for Urban Muser's project it does work out perfectly for Me & You. 

So, here's me, first thing in the morning, layered on a photo I took awhile ago I have been itching to use.  I gotta be honest though, after I saw what Urban Muser posted for the companion shot I wanted to do one to go with hers.  I like the feel of her shot and think it would have paired nicely with another just like it.  But that's the thing with these partnered projects I find interesting- I am almost always influenced if I see the other person's shot and so I just stuck with what I made.  Although, I may work on something anyways, just to see what would result in the effort.  If the mood strikes you we would love to see you in our flickr group!
