Macro Frdiay #4 (Sunday post)

Lately life has been filled with many little events.  Admittedly and happily, most of them revolve around Twila.  But I have been able to squeeze some photo time in.  I think I am getting better (or maybe just lucky) at taking photos with one eye and keeping my other eye gazed towards the baby.  So, I took this photo at the Botanical Gardens with Macro Friday in mind.  With one eye on the flower and one eye plastered to baby I was ready to pounce if she became too interested in the pond water.  But I like the shot.  I like how the edges bleed off into the outside of the frame.  I love that- when there isn't a real distinctive edge to the shot.  Next week I promise to use a shot that is not from the Botanical Gardens!

Happy Macro Friday everyone!  Oh, I mean Macro Sunday.  Should you like to see some of the other beautiful images or add one of your own head on over to Blogging from Bolivia.  You will be amazed.

Very interesting perspective - take your time on the scavenger hunt. I'm leaving it open until Tuesday at midnight for gals like yourself that need a little more time. Enjoy the holiday.
